I absolutely adored working on this miniature painting on copper. Copper is wonderful to work with especially exploring the transparency of oil colours to allow the luminance of copper to glow. I love painting water, especially being by the sea. here the tide has come in and the sunset blazing the sky is reflected into the water. Simply delicious!
